Data Center Associate - Kitting E Shift

Provide and maintain material orders, customer service, inventory management, and customer material movement requestsAssemble and install servers and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devicesLoad and unload inbound and outbound freightPerform quality checks for accurate part numbers, quantities, and material conditionExecute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical datacenter spare partsProcess electronic-component return shipments using warehouse management systemsPlace server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracyPopulate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematicsInstall rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring toolsOperate material-handling equipmentPerform cleanup activities to maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standardsAdhere daily to safety and process proceduresInteract with customers and stakeholders on site and build positive working relationshipsRemain flexible and cross-train in multiple datacenter departmentsRequirements1–3 years of related experience requiredGood interpersonal and customer service skillsCritical thinking and good analytical skills Experience with computers requiredKnowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols requiredAbility to work with live electrical and electronic equipment and componentsAbility to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodationMust pass required federal/state/local government, airport, or company background checks and clearancesMust pass required drug and alcohol testsAbility to push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workdayAbility to operate straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacksCore Competencies Demonstrates expertise in inventory management, material handling, and electronic component installation while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
