Data Collection Operator

Description As a Data Collection Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting the data pipeline that powers cutting-edge machine learning and hardware development. You will oversee and manage data collection processes, ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols, troubleshoot technical issues, and serve as a key point of contact for data collection users across the team. - Supervise and manage end-to-end data collection activities across multiple workstreams - Monitor data entry procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality standards - Provide guidance and support to data collection users and team members - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise in the collection process - Monitor and report on the progress of data collection activities to team leads - Handle sensitive and proprietary information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality Work Schedule Flexibility This position requires flexibility to work one of the following shift schedules: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM 9:00 AM - 4:40 PM 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM Work schedules are published on a bi-weekly basis to allow for advance planning. If an employee would like to swap shifts with another operator for a given week, it is the employee's responsibility to coordinate and arrange the shift change. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
