Spends time with the patients to answer questions related to treatment and fees. Someone who is responsible to ensure that patients leave well informed, with all their questions answered about treatment options and alternative fees introduced.Salary $22.00 - $28.00 Per Hour - Plus Monthly Bonus $ $ $Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties will be assigned.Maintains a low percentage of no-shows by confirming patient appointments the two nights before and continually monitoring and movingSupport of the office, doctor, and team membersDiscussion of orthodontic treatment plan with patients/parentsExplanation of office policies and proceduresSchedules contract, records and any follow up appointments needed in Practice Management SystemMaintain and utilize recall systemBack up-front desk by being third on phonesPrepares contracts - discusses financial arrangements-has responsible party signEducation And/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience with dental or orthodontic treatment planning experience, preferredBi-lingual Spanish - English required
