We are a retirement and assisted living community providing each individual compassionate care in a nurturing environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team.As a caregiver, you assist our senior residents in their daily well-being, including personal services, medication assistance, social-recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks. You will report to the wellness director.You Will:Follow the resident service plan including; assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident conditionCommunicate problems, concerns, and issues with resident apartments, buildings, and grounds with an appropriate team memberMaintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitorsDemonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control proceduresComply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelinesRelate and communicate with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employeesSupport the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for residentsYou currently:Preferred candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving.
