Job Code - Digital Producer - Project/ Program ManagementWork Location - RemoteDuration - 3 year contractKey Roles and ResponsibilitiesSingle point of contact for all team informationHave holistic view of the end-to-end customer experience by acting as the bridge between CX and external partners.Facilitate CX engagement, including scheduling, project kick-offs, tracking, and reviewsEnsure team solves problems through Design Sprints, designing, prototyping, and validating through user researchAdvocate for the customer experience by identifying all sources available of customer data and making connectionManage and oversee the gathering of all assets in appropriate repositories. Present work is reviewed and approved by leadership and respective stakeholder teamsAct as POC for escalations and resolve blockers
