Human Resources Training Coordinator

SCARC is seeking a Training Coordinator to support our Lead Trainer and Learning & Development team. This position plays a key role in ensuring all staff are properly trained and compliant with required trainings prior to working with individuals we support. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in staff development, compliance, and being a trainer. Key Responsibilities include: o Coordinate and track new hire, quarterly, and annual required trainings o Maintain accurate training records for all employees o Monitor compliance and follow up with supervisors and staff as needed o Schedule trainings and support onboarding requirements o Update and organize training materials o Serve as a backup trainer for the Lead Trainer when needed o Assist with State Licensing reviews and audits related to training documentation o Create and manage employee identification badges o Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development Manager and HR Team Qualifications o Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma required o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail o Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities o Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems (CDS, BLR, etc.) o Strong communication skills and professionalism o Experience in training preferred Pay: From $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
