This role involves contributing to the development of an enterprise customer table within Databricks by consolidating data from multiple systems. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting a pilot project aimed at converting existing Oracle PL/SQL code into PySpark within the Databricks environment. The position requires designing, developing, testing, and optimizing PySpark code to ensure high performance and reliability, thereby supporting the company's data integration and analytics initiatives.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience as a Database Developer, demonstrating a strong technical background in Oracle PL/SQL and recent hands-on experience with PySpark. The candidate must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision and should have a proven track record of adapting quickly to new environments and tools.
