Seasonal Parking Enforcement Aide Work Study

Seasonal Parking Enforcement And Sales Student WorkerSeasonal parking enforcement and sales student worker needed. They will be selling spaces in Flagler College parking lots during scheduled school breaks. They will also patrol assigned areas to check for parking violations and issue citations for infractions of parking regulations in an efficient and courteous manner in accordance with the Colleges guidelines and standards. Must be available to work evening and weekend shifts. Must be able to handle money and count back change. ResponsibilitiesSafeguard and maintain credit card and citation equipment Count back correct change 100% of the time Handle confidential information discretely Check vehicle compliance with all parking rules and regulations for the campus Write citations for violations of College parking regulations as necessary Maintain records of citations issued Report parking and maintenance operation problems QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Must be a Flagler College student High school diploma or GED required Ability to learn computer software/programs that relate to the job Ability to learn the parking management software Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 30 pounds Shifts require extensive travel across campus through all College parking lots including the parking garage Willingness to work outside in inclement weather (wind, rain, heat, cold, this does not include extreme weather conditions) Must have good visual acuity and communication skills Ability to work all assigned shifts Required SkillsResume About UsStudent worker positions provide valuable on-campus employment opportunities that support departments while helping students develop professional skills.
