We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.We OfferHourly Pay plus commission based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthlyWhile in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associatesWe offer comprehensive training, but experience is preferred. Training and ongoing support will be provided.Team members are encouraged to sauna and will receive 1 session per week, complementary, available to use when not on scheduled shifts.We offer some flexibility and the ability to advocate for preferred shifts, but candidates must be available and prepared to work at least 3 to 5 shifts per week, for 5 hours per shift.Opportunities for advancementGreat working environment!
