Machine OperatorLennox, SD 57039Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting daily production goals in a safe, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with machinery. Responsibilities include operating manufacturing equipment according to production specifications and work instructions. Set up, monitor, and make basic adjustments to machines to ensure efficient operation. Perform routine quality inspections and verify products meet company standards. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate larger concerns to maintenance or supervisors. Load raw materials and remove finished products from production equipment. Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production documentation. Record production data and maintain accurate documentation. Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily production goals. Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures. Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned.Qualifications: Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn new equipment and processes. Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, or reading blueprints is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products. Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
