Legal Administrative Assistant – Securities Litigation/ Complex Commercial LitigationBoca Raton, FloridaLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly respected national litigation firm to identify an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys handling complex securities litigation matters. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving legal environment and is comfortable supporting multiple attorneys on sophisticated federal cases.The RoleIn this position, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys and legal teams, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and deadlines are consistently met.Key responsibilities include:Drafting, revising, formatting, and proofreading documents related to securities and high-stakes litigationManaging competing priorities while supporting several attorneys simultaneouslyPreparing and maintaining attorney time entries in accordance with internal timekeeping protocolsCoordinating complex travel arrangements and handling expense reimbursements and invoice processingScheduling virtual and in-person meetings using platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft TeamsOrganizing conferences and meetings, including room setup and catering coordinationMaintaining discretion when handling sensitive, confidential, and time-critical informationAssisting with electronic case file organization in collaboration with Records/File teamsProviding general administrative and litigation support as neededIdeal BackgroundExperience & EducationAt least 3 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant or legal secretary in a litigation-focused firmPrior exposure to securities litigation or complex commercial litigation is highly preferredHigh school diploma required; associate's degree a plusLitigation & Technical SkillsExperience preparing Tables of Contents and Tables of AuthoritiesWorking knowledge of Federal District Court rules and filing proceduresStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelFamiliarity with document management systems such as NetDocuments or similar platformsKey AttributesAbility to manage workloads for four or more attorneysStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependableHigh level of professionalism with proven discretion and confidentialityNice to HaveTrial and deposition support experienceBackground in securities fraud, shareholder, or class action litigationCompensation & Perks$70,000–$90,000 salary range, depending on experienceComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work with a firm known for headline-making securities litigation resultsIf you're a legal administrative professional with securities litigation experience and are seeking a stable, in-office role in Boca Raton, apply today!
