As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and achieving sales targets across assigned accounts. This role builds and nurtures strong customer partnerships, collaborates cross-functionally to execute account strategies, and serves as a key advocate for both the customer and the business. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute account strategies and plans to achieve assigned sales and market share goals, including within the MRO channelServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with Perfect Aire products and servicesConsistently achieve or exceed sales and profitability targetsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and effective resolution of customer issuesPrepare and deliver regular account status reports, highlighting key metrics, performance, and growth opportunitiesStay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities that may impact customer relationshipsPartner closely with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for account expansionTravel as needed to support customer needs, including trade shows, line reviews, and customer meetings Required Experience & QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or in a related role within the HVAC industryExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesProven negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skillsSelf-motivated, results-driven mindsetAbility to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable account strategiesDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and account growth targets Benefits401 (k)Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental)PTO & HolidaysHybrid Schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)Sales Incentive Plan
