Lead Data Engineer/Technical Project Manager

Role:We are looking for a results-driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong execution focus to lead and deliver complex data engineering projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in Azure technologies, Databricks, and data engineering tools, coupled with exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and project planning skills. This role demands a proactive individual who can align technical execution with strategic objectives while fostering collaboration across teams. Responsibilities:Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.Program Planning & Execution: Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Oversee task allocation, ensure timely execution, and track progress to completion.Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a solid understanding of engineering concepts and processes. Experience with datamarts and data warehousing is highly preferred.Agile Leadership: Implement and promote Agile practices, particularly Scrum, within the team. Serve as a coach and mentor to team members, enhancing their understanding and adoption of Agile principles.Scrum Master Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure the team adheres to Agile practices.Impediment Removal: Identify and address blockers affecting team progress. Foster an environment that supports productivity and innovation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams to manage dependencies, risks, and program deliverables.
