As we continue to grow - projecting annual growth of 15% to 20% - we're excited to welcome a skilled and professional Atlanta Installer to join our exceptional team.As a Stoneside Installer, you will be responsible for maintaining all standards and procedures set forth by the Installation Team to deliver a five-star experience to our customers. This role involves working independently in residential and commercial environments, with support from our remote operations and design teams.If you're passionate about craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and help us transform spaces across America!Key Responsibilities:Measure windows and install Stoneside's blinds and shades for residential and commercial customersEnsure all completed measures & installations are accurately documented & transmitted to the Install Team immediately upon completionAdhere to scheduled appointments and arrive at all appointments on timeFollow all standards and procedures including material handling and work processesProvide exceptional customer service, and remain friendly, polite, courteous, and professionalIdentify solutions with installation orientation or placement of the shades on-site when necessaryEnsure all materials, field supplies, and equipment are maintained and accurately inventoriedProvide care for customers' property to ensure it remains protected and undamagedMaintain timely communication with all Stoneside colleaguesDemonstrate the product in-home, review product operations, ensure the customer understands how to use the product properly and that the customer is satisfiedPickup completed orders from our local warehouseDeliver a five-star experience on every measure, install, or repairAbility to travel at least one week a month to other markets around the US (Additional travel pay provided)As a Member of our Installation Team, you will:Receive extensive training to ensure you're equipped to deliver a five-star experience from day oneReceive a company provided van and gas cardReceive a company cell phone, tablet and all tools needed to perform your roleMaintain a Professional appearance and Customer-facing dress code:Black, dark blue, grey or khaki pants/shorts (no jeans) and a black, grey or navy polo shirt (company polos provided within a few weeks of start). No rips or tears in pants/shorts or shirts.Footwear: Closed-toe shoes required but no Crocs or similar type shoes. Tennis shoes are acceptable. Steel-toe boots are not required.Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance, ensuring clothing and personal presentation are scent-neutral, when meeting with customers.Qualifications and SkillsAlign with our mission and values and want to be part of a team where everyone loves their job2+ years of millwork, installation (cabinets, doors/windows, molding, flooring), finished carpentry, remodeling/renovations experience, or equivalent experienceExcellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorExcellent telephone, written, and verbal communication skills while interfacing with all Stoneside teammates and customersAbility to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, safety guidelines, and procedure manualsBasic math skills requiredAbility to read a tape measure and convert nominal measurementsAbility to work independentlyA valid driver's license (Real ID-compliant) is required for job-related travelResidence within 30 miles of inventory warehouse: 2700 Northeast Expressway, Atlanta GA 30345CompensationHourly Rate: $24 - $26 / hour based on qualifications and experience70 Hour Guarantee every 2 weeksParticipation in Stoneside's Gain Share ProgramAdditional monthly bonus opportunity of $750+ based on customer reviewsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift a minimum of 35 pounds and maximum of 75 poundsFrequent use of ladders to reach high windows and mounting points. Must maintain balance while working at heights and on uneven surfacesRegularly required to bend, kneel, and crouch to access areas, secure brackets, and manage tools and materialsMust be able to reach overhead and perform precise hand movements to install hardware, adjust products, and operate toolsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) while performing installations across multiple job sitesFrequent overhead reaching, arm rotation, and body twisting required to install hardware, adjust products, and maneuver in confined or awkward spacesFine motor skills required for handling small parts, screws, and tools with accuracy and safetyMust have sufficient vision to read measurements, use tools safely, and inspect completed installations for quality and alignmentWork may occur in hot, cold, dusty, or noisy environmentsWhat We Offer:Stoneside Blinds & Shades is the #1-rated full-service, national window covering company in America based on customer reviews.
