Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are actively seeking an experienced Concrete Estimator to join their team.As a Concrete Estimator, you will play a critical role in the pre-construction phase, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of concrete projects. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure bids are precise and aligned with project requirements.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for concrete projectsReview drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimatesSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotesIdentify potential risks and opportunities within project scopeCollaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bid strategiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, materials, and industry trendsSupport project handover to operations team upon successful bid awardRequirements:Proven experience as a Concrete Estimator or similar role within the construction industryStrong knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and pricingAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent analytical, numerical, and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesAPPLY today for immediate consideration!
