ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client in Arlington, VA that is seeking a Project/Program Manager responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Responsibilities: Oversees all aspects of projects Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program Support the client's satellite business, specifically helping ensure that e-commerce systems, processes, and product launches meet regulatory/compliance requirements Keeps compliance projects organized, tracks progress, coordinates teams, and makes sure testing and requirements are completed before launchRequirements Bachelor's degree Experience managing compliance work streams for e-commerce requirements delivery and testing program/project management Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proactive ownership mindsetNice To Have Telecommunications industry experience is highly preferred due to compliance focus, along with backgrounds in highly regulated industries or big tech companies like Microsoft, Google, or Amazon Technical tool experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and TestRail would be beneficialTools Jira - tracking engineering tasks/issues TestRail - managing test cases/results Smartsheet - project plans/timelinesThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
