Thus, our company seeks the professional services of a Senior HR Specialist to drive all aspects of the talent recruitment management process for our clients including talent sourcing and screening, interviewing, testing, negotiating terms, providing training, assessing internal cultural fit, and onboarding. In addition, the Senior HR Specialist will critically evaluate clients’ full-cycle recruitment process and procedures and recommend how to modify them to match their company needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Senior HR Specialist will provide our HR Specialists and Interns strategic direction on the recruitment and selection process, suggesting appropriate measures in response to changes in labor market conditions and other factors. The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties: • Conduct in-depth talent mapping and competitor analysis to identify the clients’ short-term and long-term hiring goals and develop hiring plans to achieve these. • Conduct extensive searches for potential candidates according to recruitment needs using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, and employee referrals; • Analyze the results of pre-screening calls to identify applicants’ abilities and plan additional interviews of candidates utilizing various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions); • Coordinate with our internal and external hiring teams and candidates through the interview process; • Maintain and update the company’s internal database and analyze the efficiency of recruitment metric reports both manually and using the applicant tracking system; • Provide hiring managers with information related to salary and other negotiations with candidates and help arrange background and reference checks; • Schedule and help hiring managers arrange new employees’ onboarding processes and orientations; • Prepare HR training and maintain reference materials for our clients including, but not limited to, onboarding procedures, labor law and employee relations, enterprise resource planning software, and more; • Maintain in-depth knowledge of applicable legal requirements related to day-to-management of employees and work with the Legal Department to reduce the risk of violations and ensure prompt regulatory compliance; Minimum Requirements • Master’s degree in human resources or related field; • 2 years of work experience in managing the full-cycle recruiting process for business clients. • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SAP Software, and Oracle PeopleSoft.
