Job Description EXPERIENCED BANQUET SERVERS NEEDED ( MIN. 1YR.)We are a Temp Staffing company serving the Finest Venues in Chicago. You will work in various Private Clubs, Hotels, and Catering companies throughout the Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Banquet server duties are as follows: table set up, tray service, and closing banquet duties.Ideal candidates require the following:* MUST SPEAK PERFECT ENGLISH*Experience in banquet serving*MUST own Black Bistro uniform*Be eligible to work in the USA with proper documentation* Be at least 18 years of age and own a Smart phone* Have reliable transportation & able to work SATURDAYSRead BEO and know how to complete a set-up.Set tables in assigned area correctly and uniformly.Keep station neat and clean while servicing guest per established policies and procedures.Use proper in-room clearing and aisle tray break-down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment.Assist Banquet Captain in setting up/breaking down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment.Greet and serve guests following guidelines set by the policies/procedures regarding the service of food and beverage.Follow all guest check and money-handling procedures when serving a-la-carte and beverage orders.Complete assigned side work.Travel may be required - local travel for outside catering functions only.Hours: Flexible; scheduled days and times may vary based on need.* Experience serving plated dinners to guest and respond to all requests of guestsCompany DescriptionWDH is a leader in the hospitality staffing industry serving high end clients successfully for over 30 years.Please click this link to be hired - registerCompany DescriptionWDH is a leader in the hospitality staffing industry serving high end clients successfully for over 30 years.
