Education Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking an Education Coordinator with a strong background in Early Childhood to support our curriculum and staff at The Learning Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist conducting classroom observations, evaluations, and provide feedback that motivates and encourages learning.
Manage team to ensure TLE curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards.
Use a growth mindset to train, coach and develop staff for the future.
Listen objectively to employee concerns and plan recommended actions.
Assist in building and communicating weekly and center schedules to ensure appropriate ratios and labor budgeting.
Daily management of classroom ratios.
Lead tours with prospective families, highlighting curriculum, teacher quality, and key features.
Assist in execution of parent pleasers, Show and Tell, safety drills, accident/incident reporting, and enrollment administration.
Qualifications
Two or more years of assistant center leadership/management experience highly preferred.
Must have professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children.
Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.
Medication Administration Training highly preferred.
Must meet state specific guidelines.

Compensation
$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year. Sign‑on bonus of $1,000 offered.
