This position is work remotely from home. Top pay and commission for top collectors.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Making outbound calls to client portfolio customer accountsReceiving inbound calls to discuss customer accountsNegotiating payment from customerMonitor the status of delinquent accountsRecords payments made to the customer's accountInvestigate disputes balances; where appropriate, corrects errors such as misapplied payments, reversed late charges, direct deposit errors, or overpayments from insuranceEnsures the security of customer files and delinquent account reportsPerforms other duties as necessaryQualification Requirements:Excellent verbal and written skillsBasic understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and state and federal laws pertaining to collection activitiesExcellent organizational skills with great attention to detailAbility to keep information confidentialProfessional demeanor and dependable work ethicAbility to exercise integrity and discretionAbility to remain professional in tense situationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-taskEducation, Experience:Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum 2 years' experience in a collections agency or related industryFull-TimeLocation: Georgia
