CADD Specialist

Services provided include comprehensive facility operations; project management for renovations, minor construction, and major equipment repairs; engineering, construction, and operations support; custodial and grounds maintenance services; environmental, safety, and occupational health support; food services; motorpool and logistics operations; and physical and technical security services.As the CADD Specialist, you will provide advanced computer-aided design and drafting support for Intelligence Community (IC) facilities, infrastructure, and mission-support projects. This role requires expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a secure, highly regulated environment. The specialist collaborates closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to produce accurate, compliant, and mission-ready technical drawings.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Develop, modify, and maintain detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and RevitPrepare architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and site drawings as requiredEnsure all drawings comply with organizational standards, building codes, and IC security requirementsCoordinate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to incorporate design changes and updatesMaintain drawing databases, version control, and configuration management in secure systemsSupport design reviews, project meetings, and technical documentation effortsAssist with field verification, redlines, and production of final as-built drawingsSafeguard sensitive and classified information in accordance with IC policies and proceduresEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Certification in AutoCAD and RevitMinimum of 5 years of professional CADD experience, preferably supporting government or defense-related projects KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Demonstrated experience producing detailed construction documents, layouts, and as-built drawingsStrong understanding of drafting standards, layering conventions, and document controlAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environmentSECURITY CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret SCI W/ CI PolyIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLCwww.intrepidgs.comIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
