Job Description:supporting suppliers across the globe, both supplier capability and quality responsibilitiesparts qualification, supplier capability and quality (assurance & control) responsibilities across supplier development, and monitoring activitiesSupplier Management activities within the NAM Regionmanaging suppliers globally based on the equipment being suppliedsupplier quality management, engineering quality assurance, non-conformance and corrective / preventative action planningquality audits and compliance, continuous improvement & lessons learned, and documentation managementdevelopment & execution of Supplier Management strategies and performanceexecution of QMS and Compliance requirements associated with Supplier Quality Managementensuring engineering deliverables comply with Client specifications and U.S. standardsplanning and conducting Internal process & project quality audits; Supplier audits, Site auditsensuring compliance with ISO 9001, Client-specific quality requirements, and Regulatory requirements in the U.S.supporting design reviews with a focus on Constructability, Quality risks, risk mitigationverifying proper document control and traceabilityresponsible for push supplier improvements within RCA (Root Cause Analysis)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or equivalent5–10+ years experience in quality management or supplier quality or engineering within High-voltage substations or transmission & distribution projectsExperience in EPC or large infrastructure projects in the U.S.Strong exposure to FAT/SAT and Field construction qualityFamiliar with applicable standards: IEEE, ANSI, NEC, NEMAAbility to communicate (speak and write) in English.
