This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working with multiple teams while maintaining consistent, high-quality patient care.This is more than just a clinical role; it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting and motivating patients throughout their wellness journey across two locations.What You’ll DoWelcome patients with warmth and professionalismPrepare patients for consultations and treatmentsRecord vitals, administer injections, and perform EKGsManage scheduling, patient communication, and transactionsMaintain clean, stocked exam rooms and manage medicationsEducate patients on programs, services, and special offersProvide motivation and support throughout the patient journeyTravel between Avondale and Arrowhead as scheduled to support clinic operationsSchedule & CompensationThis is a full-time position requiring open availability during the following business hours:Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.Pay$18–$25 per hour, based on Medical Assisting and Customer Service experienceEducation And Work Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentGraduate of, or scheduled to graduate from, an accredited medical assisting programCompletion of a clinical externship, if required by the program ORA minimum of six months of full-time experience as a clinical Medical Assistant, including tasks such as manually measuring blood pressure and vital signs, and administering injectionsBenefits Full-Time Employees Are Eligible For:Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k)All Employees Enjoy:Saturday Shift Incentive: Earn an extra $1 per hourLocation Coverage Incentive: Earn an extra $1 per hour when covering shifts at other locationsEmployee Pricing on weight loss programs and med spa services (including cosmetic injectables)Friends & Family Program: Discounts for up to five individuals
