This role combines system build, optimization, and end-user collaboration to support high-quality patient care.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, maintain, and optimize Epic Beacon and Ambulatory applicationsTroubleshoot complex system issues and support production maintenanceLead system testing, upgrades, and go-live activitiesServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned modulesCollaborate with clinicians, IT teams, and stakeholders to improve workflowsConduct training sessions and support end usersMentor junior analysts and contribute to team development✅ Required QualificationsEpic Beacon certification (required)Epic Ambulatory certification (required or willingness to obtain)2–3 years of experience in healthcare, IT, or health information systems(or equivalent Analyst I experience)Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills⭐ Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, or related fieldAdditional Epic certificationsBenefits: Yes
