Location: Anna, OH Pay: $20/hr Shift: 2nd Shift —Monday 4:45 PM – Friday 1:15 AM Overtime: Early starts, late finishes, and Saturday work as needed Training: Must be able to train on 1st shift for 1–2 weeks Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, safety‑focused Forklift Tugger Operator to support material movement and recycling operations throughout the Honda facility. In this role, you will help keep production running smoothly by transporting materials, collecting recyclables, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. This position offers a built‑in career path: You will begin as a Forklift Tugger Operator, operating a tugger for the first 6+ months. After demonstrating strong performance and safety awareness, you will transition into full Forklift Tugger Operator responsibilities that include forklift operation. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, transport, and move materials throughout the facility Operate PIV equipment (tugger initially; forklift after progression) Collect materials from assigned routes using a tugger Manually move materials onto or from pallets, bins, boxes, and shelves Transport materials from storage or work areas to designated locations Maintain cleanliness of work areas, machines, and equipment Assemble crates or containers when required Tag, label, or mark materials and containers accurately Follow all safety rules, procedures, and Honda plant regulations Stand for long periods and lift 35–40 lbs as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred) Tugger: 1 year (Preferred) Material Handling: 1 year (Preferred) Forklift: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: Anna, OH 45302 (Required) Work Location: In person
