ENGAGEMENT CENTER REP NEMG, NEMS - PATIENT ENGAGEMENT CENTER
Services Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin patients' needs, including registration, scheduling, and other patient access requests, in order to ensure a quality experience and provide first contact resolution. Tasks are completed for several specialties and large groups of physicians servicing the many locations of our clinical enterprise. This position will use detailed protocols and enterprise scheduling tools to aid patients in scheduling with the right physician, at the right time and location. Customer-focused and friendly communication skills will provide an exceptional experience and set the stage for patient preference and loyalty to Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service position is required. 3 years experience in a customer service position. Call center experience highly preferred.
