You'll work on technically challenging problems across distributed systems, compute, networking, developer infrastructure, and large-scale automation. Rather than simply operating infrastructure, you'll build the software and platforms that make critical systems faster, more scalable, and more reliable. Strong software engineering experience with one or more languages such as Python and/or C++. Deep understanding of Linux systems and production infrastructure Experience designing and building large-scale infrastructure, platforms, or distributed systems Strong knowledge of systems design, networking, concurrency, or distributed computing Experience developing software and automation that improves scalability, performance, and reliability Background within a quantitative trading firm, leading xaygatp technology company, or high-growth startup Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, or large-scale compute environments Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, orchestration, or infrastructure automation Exposure to high-performance computing, storage, networking, or performance optimization
