Cafe Hospitality & Community Lead
The Lullabar is not a high-volume coffee shop, and this is not a traditional barista role.
We are an upscale, modern third-space in Carlsbad that brings together a specialty coffee shop, luxury non-toxic nail salon, and thoughtfully designed kids’ play space. Our cafe is calm, welcoming, and detail-driven. The experience matters just as much as the coffee.
We are looking for a hospitality-first leader who enjoys creating atmosphere, connecting with people, and taking ownership of a space. Barista skills can be trained. Hospitality instincts cannot.
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality, wellness, spa, boutique retail, fitness studios, or guest experience. You enjoy making people feel at home, notice what needs to be done without being asked, and take pride in small details.
If you are looking for a fast-paced, high-volume barista job, this is not the role for you.
