Innovated collaborative programs: OrthoSync and OrthoHealth.Responsibilities include carrying out treatment plans, providing exceptional care in an outpatient orthopedic clinical setting, written documentation on patient status, communication with physicians and supervising PT, supervising rehabilitation technicians, compliance with daily paperwork, staying current with billing policies, maintaining active state license, developing relationships with physical therapists and physician teams, and participating in IBJI sponsored programs.Requirements include a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program, current license to practice in Illinois, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effective communication skills, current CPR certification, ability to lift greater than 25 pounds, understanding of proper body mechanics, ability to stand and sit for extended periods, and ability to work on a computer for lengthy times.
