Responsibilities Execute precise finishing techniques using specialized tools to ensure parts match master specifications. Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections to guarantee product quality prior to final shipment. Apply diverse finishing methods to achieve specific surface requirements and aesthetic standards. Maintain meticulous production logs and quality documentation to support operational transparency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold rigorous quality management system standards. Foster a productive and safe environment by maintaining an organized, clutter-free workstation. Assist in training initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the facility. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity. Strong ability to perform detailed visual inspections and identify defects. Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration. Proven reliability and commitment to consistent attendance. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds with assistance. Preferred Skills Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or plastics finishing. Background in machining or quality control inspection roles. Experience following complex technical work instructions in a production setting.
