Project Manager for ServiceNow implementation
Looking On-site || Project Manager for Servicenow implementation | | Stamford, CT (Onsite)Responsibilities:Lead the reimplementation of ServiceNow globally, ensuring the smooth delivery of the following modules:Customer Service Management (CSM)Plant MaintenanceField Service Management (FSM)Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Work closely with business partners in a startup type environment. Ensure the selection and management of an implementation partner. Assist in the successful migration and rollout of IT Service Management (ITSM) components, which are already in production. Work on high visibility projects with potential to work late hours based on the phase of the project. Foster a collaborative, ego free environment that encourages strong teamwork. Qualifications: Experience with full cycle ServiceNow implementations, preferably in a global setting. Proven experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules (CSM, FSM, CMDB, and Plant Maintenance). Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Ability to adapt to a startup environment with fastpaced and dynamic working conditions. Comfortable working with senior level executives and technical teams.
