Oracle PaaS & SaaS Administration

Job Title: Oracle PaaS & SaaS AdministrationLocation: RemoteOverall 12 plus years experience in environment management and at least 5 years in managing Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS environments.Experience in managing Users and Roles in Fusion SAAS including HCM access and privilege management.Administer and manage Oracle SaaS (Fusion Applications, SCM,HCM & Finance) environments across DEV, TEST, and PROD.Manage Oracle PaaS services including OIC, VBCS, PCS, and Autonomous Database (ATP).Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of PaaS/SaaS services.Integration & Data ManagementOversee Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for application and data integrations.Ensure smooth integration between SaaS, PaaS, and on prem / third party systems.Identity, Security & Access ManagementAdminister OCI IAM including compartments, domains, users, groups, and policies.Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations between Oracle Fusion and external applications such as EBS, Salesforce etc.Enforce security best practices, compliance standards, and audit readiness.OCI Infrastructure & Platform ManagementDesign and manage Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), subnets, routing, security lists, and NSGs.Manage OCI storage services such as Object Storage.Support capacity planning, cost optimization, and sizing for OCI workloads.GenAI & Advanced Cloud ServicesProvision and manage OCI Generative AI services, including:RAG-based AgentsDocument Understanding servicesSupport GenAI use cases integrated with Oracle enterprise applications.Operations & GovernanceEstablish and follow Cloud O&M processes, SLAs, and operational runbooks.Lead incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis.Coordinate across application, infrastructure, network, and security teams for end to end delivery.Mentor junior team members and provide architectural guidance.Required Skills & ExpertiseTechnical SkillsOracle SaaS: Fusion Applications- HCM, Finance and SCM - User and Access management of large environmentsOracle PaaS: OIC, ODI, VBCS, OAC, APEX, Autonomous DB, Base DBOCI IAM: Compartments, policies, domains, SSOOracle Database Administration (working knowledge)Experience in provisioning Agentic AI ServicesOracle OCI: Architecture, Administration, Monitoring, SecuritySoft SkillsClear communication with technical and business teamsOwnership mindset and operational excellenceLeadership and customer relationshipCustomer relationship managementStrong cross functional collaboration and stakeholder managementExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
