AR Analyst

AR Analyst Key requirements include: At least two years of medical accounts receivable experience.Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced features like macros.Familiarity with Medent, Raintree, and other healthcare software.Experience generating and validating detailed reports.High school diploma or GED; healthcare background is preferred. AR Analyst Main responsibilities involve: Extracting and formatting raw data from internal systems such as Medent and Raintree.Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports utilizing Excel.Ensuring accuracy by checking data for errors and inconsistencies.Updating report templates and maintaining formula functionality.Distributing reports efficiently via Outlook, SharePoint, or Teams to intended stakeholders.Running reports and managing dashboards, with a preference for experience using Power BI.
