BenefitsHealth Insurance401KPaid Time Off6 Paid HolidaysCell Phone PlanAbout The RoleAmerican Stone is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Professional to build and maintain relationships with contractors, landscapers, architects, and masonry professionals.Compensation: Base + Commission (top performers can earn six figures)This role is focused on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving sales through consistent customer visits and follow-up.Candidates with experience in construction, landscaping, building materials, or related industries are strongly preferred. Familiarity with heavy equipment, tools, and job site environments is highly valued.This is a primarily on-site position with significant time spent in the field visiting customers. Candidates must be local and available to work during business hours, including Saturdays.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with new and existing customersConduct regular in-person visits to job sites, contractors, and businessesDevelop and manage a sales pipeline through calls and follow-upsPresent products, provide recommendations, and close salesProcess orders and coordinate with internal teamsIdentify upsell opportunities and maximize customer valueTrack activity and maintain customer contact based on KPIsMeet or exceed monthly sales and visit targetsQualificationsRequired:Candidates must be willing to provide professional references during the hiring processStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple accountsSelf-motivated and goal-orientedBasic computer skills (email, Google Docs, Microsoft Word)Ability to work both in the field and in-officeDependable and able to follow through on commitmentsPreferredSales experience (outside or inside sales)Experience in construction, landscaping, building materials, or related industries (strongly preferred)Familiarity with heavy equipment, tools, or job site environmentsSpanish is a plusScheduleBusiness hours (Monday to Saturday; schedule may vary based on business needs)About American StoneAmerican Stone is a family-owned company supplying stone products for construction, landscaping, and retail customers.
