Shifts available: 7:00am - 3:00pm (M-F), 3:00pm - 5:00pm (M-F), 5:00pm - 7:00am (M-F), Weekend Call Sat/Sun 7a-7aTypes of Cases: Cardiac, Thoracic, Obstetric, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, General Surgery, GI, Podiatry, Plastics, OMFS, Endo, ENT, Urology, SpineSpecific requirements/restrictions: must reside greater than 60 minutes from the site location, ALL incoming clinicians must have active PALS, ACLS, AHA, BLS and TB Test, All MD's must be CV- No general MDs will be accepted, Must be TEE Familiar, Must have Active Florida License & DEA, Credentialing requirement: 24 months of case logs
