This role helps ensure our team members have the supplies and resources they need to provide exceptional care and service to residents every day.As part of our Finance team, you'll work closely with departments across campus, vendors, and accounting to coordinate purchasing, manage inventory, receive deliveries, and maintain accurate records. If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, building positive relationships, and contributing to a mission-driven organization, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoOrder supplies and materials for departments across Fairmount HomesTrack orders and communicate with vendors regarding deliveries, shortages, and returnsReceive, organize, and distribute incoming suppliesMonitor inventory levels and help prevent shortages and wasteMaintain accurate purchasing, receiving, and inventory recordsSupport cost-effective purchasing practices and strong internal controlsPartner with departments to ensure they have the supplies needed to serve residents effectivelyWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in purchasing, inventory management, supply coordination, warehouse support, or a related field preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasksBasic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and standard office softwareStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with othersWhy Fairmount?At Fairmount Homes, our mission is rooted in faith, family, and community.
