Since 2001, we've been delivering exceptional outcomes, outstanding patient satisfaction, and a work culture that supports and values every team member.Our mission is to provide the best outpatient physical, and occupational therapy, make therapy enjoyable for patients, and deliver measurable improvements in health and quality of life.We believe great therapy starts with great people and we provide the training, resources, and support for every team member to excel.Professional growth and mentorship include ongoing support and collaboration with experienced therapists, $1,500 per year for continuing education or student loan repayment, 40 hours of paid CEU time each year, and access to 50+ free in-house CEU courses taught by expert clinicians.Competitive pay and standout benefits include a free medical plan option, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) match, profit sharing, generous PTO, and a competitive salary with monthly bonus opportunities.Tools that make a difference include Sidekick AI documentation assistant to help reduce charting time and a strong equity and engagement commitment.$26 - $32 per hourResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do includes providing high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, treating patients, addressing questions, and educating them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies, supervising Techs during modalities, completing accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges, maintaining productivity expectations, assisting in developing and refining treatment protocols, participating in clinic research studies, and continuing to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.QualificationsWhat we're looking for includes an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant, a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain), commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, passion for patient care and measurable outcomes, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
