Position SummaryElectroswitch is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Raleigh facility. This individual will provide leadership across multiple operational functions and drive performance related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost. The Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, build strong teams, and support business growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities across multiple functional areasDrive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance metricsLead and develop managers, supervisors, and production teamsMonitor and improve operational KPIs, labor utilization, turnover, and overall efficiencyDrive continuous improvement and Lean initiativesPartner with planning, purchasing, inventory, and production teams to optimize operationsIdentify and implement process, equipment, and facility improvementsSupport budgeting and cost management initiativesBuild a culture of accountability, collaboration, and employee developmentEnsure operational goals are achieved while meeting customer requirements
