We are looking forward to reviewing your application!Job Responsibilities & Duties:Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessaryImplement preventative maintenance measuresMaintain inventory of repair equipment and suppliesComplete inspections of offices and laboratories with Maintenance ManagerRespond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocolPerform other maintenance duties as requested
