About The Position We currently have an exciting opportunity for a CT/X-ray Technologist position in Anacortes, WA. Below are the details: Position: CT/X-ray Technologist Location: Anacortes, WA Schedule: Graveyard Shift (12-hour shifts) Benefits: Benefit Eligible $15,000 Sign-On Bonus $5,000 Relocation Bonus Requirements: Completion of formal radiological technology training. Current WA State Radiologic Technologist Certification. Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiological Technologists) registration. Current CT Certification from the ARRT (or willingness to cross-train and obtain certification within 1 year). Current BLS Certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience in X-ray and CT, including trauma and stroke patient experience. Responsibilities: Apply roentgen rays safely to patients for diagnostic purposes, handling 60% Radiology and 40% CT workload. Set up imaging rooms, ensuring patient comfort and following proper isolation precautions. Perform patient assessments, and imaging procedures, and provide necessary patient education. Maintain imaging equipment, perform quality assurance testing, and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the work environment. Work independently during night shifts, covering both CT and X-ray, including the operation of c-arms, portable equipment, and fluoro.
