Creative Operations Specialist
Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Creative Operations Specialist (Fashion, WFJ, and Arts & Culture) to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and creative initiatives. This hybrid role (3 days in NYC office) partners with cross functional teams to keep projects organized, on track, and aligned with brand standards. Ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to bring creative projects to life in a dynamic environment.Role ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end execution of campaigns across digital, print, events, and marketing channelsCoordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external partnersManage creative requests and ensure clarity on project scope, milestones, and deadlinesProvide administrative and operational support including scheduling, documentation, and status trackingAssist with content production and campaign execution to ensure projects move forward smoothlyIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, organization, and team processesRole Qualifications2+ years of experience in creative operations, production coordination, or related fieldStrong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and adapt in a dynamic environmentClear communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teamsProactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learnFamiliarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms preferredBachelor’s degree or relevant experience in marketing, communications, creative operations, or related fieldSalary: $61k - $87k + bonusThe description above is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
