Posted: 04/15/2026 Job Number: 148592 Job DescriptionBuilding Engineer will provide management of all facility maintenance activities, consisting of periodic maintenance and repair of support building(s) EPA, HVAC, electrical, structural and mechanical systems.Responsibilities for this position include :Responsible for conducting and/or overseeing preventative maintenance on the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, fire life safety, and property specific systems.Performs routine inspections, including inspection of air conditioning equipment, furnace systems, chillers, coolers, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, regular wear and tear, windows, doors, locks, and smoke detectorsBe responsive to tenant requests in the areas of safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and environmental needs through both personal contact and work order systemsPerforms a variety of service work in specialized building systems such as mechanical, electrical / electronic, hydraulics, carpentry, or machine servicingRefrigeration equipment: coolers and chillers, boilersLicensing or Certifications for Building EngineerLicenses or certifications preferred:EPA, Boiler, OSHA, HVAC,Requirements:3+ years of Building Facility Maintenance ManagementShift Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and driving abstractCompensation:Hourly rate $30-$35401 MatchMedical BenefitsSick Leave
