Title: Client Relationship ManagerLocation: Baltimore, MD 21224 (Hybrid)Duration: 6 Months Contract + ExtensionJob Description:Terms of EmploymentW2 Contract, 6 Months (Possible Extension)This role is a hybrid position that requires driving to client sites and benefit fairs across MD, DC, and Northern VAOverviewThe Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will support an assigned portfolio of business by managing relationships with broker partners and employer group HR representatives. This role serves as a critical point of contact during a major company migration, assisting clients with fast-paced troubleshooting of complex insurance data.ResponsibilitiesManage and cal claims, eligibility, and grresolve broker and employer group inquiries centered around medioup enrollments.Research escalated claim issues using legacy and migrated internal core systems.Document all communications, touchpoints, and resolutions thoroughly within Salesforce.Perform outbound calls to providers or members as necessary to reconcile billing or inquiry disputes, though primary communication remains written (email).Adhere to a strict 24-to-48-hour turn-around standard for general queries, while successfully prioritizing same-day urgent care or prescription access issues.Travel across the DMV service area to attend open enrollment benefit fairs and occasional client or team meetingsRequired Skills & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED.3 years experience insales, sales support, implementation, benefit administration orcustomer service.Strong Customer Service Skills and Claims and Benefits Knowledge.Ability to Manage high volume workloads.Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills.Strong Documentation and System Skills.Adaptability and ability to learn quickly.Minimum of 3 years of healthcare insurance industry experience.Proven understanding of health insurance concepts: medical claims processing, enrollment guidelines, eligibility rules, and benefit structures.Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel) and professional business writing skills.Must have a valid driver’s license and independent, reliable personal transportation to commute seamlessly to field eventsPreferred Skills & ExperienceExperience in a sales administration role.Sales/Customer Support experience.Prior experience utilizing Salesforce for tracking case lifecycles.Experience working with specialized health insurance portals or claim platforms like Luminex or Javelina.Prior background in a healthcare insurance call center (provider or member-facing) looking to take a step up into B2B client managementSincerely,Preetam Raj Lead Technical RecruiternTech Workforce Inc.D: 410-505-4857 EXT: 726E: preetam@ntechworkforce.compreetam(at)ntechworkforce(dot)com
