Job Description:Primarily focuses on education, advice, and wellness conversations to help them choose appropriate financial planning and investment optionsWorks with participants enrolled in in-plan managed account offerings at times of high volumesUses online planning tools and conversation guides to enhance conversations and experiencesProvides direct advice using Empower's proprietary financial planning tools and helps customers adopt solutions in their best interestsPrimarily manages inbound queues and appointments to ensure critical service timeframes and customer experiencesIs comfortable making outbound calls as neededAdheres to compliance/risk procedures and exhibits detailed attention to policy and procedures by focusing on the participant's best interestIdentifies, executes and follows up on opportunities to contract additional client assets while providing client retirement planning discussionsIdentifies trends and determines proactive solutions to maximize service quality and increase assets under managementMeet monthly performance expectations and implement coaching to achieve goalsAdvance your career through internal development opportunitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional workFINRA 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) registrations required within corporate-established timelinesFINRA fingerprinting requiredDemonstrated success in performance roles or other similar experienceExperience managing multiple priorities and ability to handle stressful situations and customer interactions consistentlyConsultative skills to understand needs and present customer-focused solutionsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new technology systemsSuitable at-home space to focus on work and be on camera in meetingsPrevious experience in inbound and outbound phone rolesBenefits:Medical, dental, vision and life insuranceRetirement savings – 401(k) plan with generous company matching contributions (up to 6%)Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/yearBusiness-casual environment that includes the option to wear jeansGenerous paid time off upon hire – including a paid time off program plus ten paid company holidays and three floating holidays each calendar yearPaid volunteer time — 16 hours per calendar yearLeave of absence programs – including paid parental leave, paid short- and long-term disability, and Family and Medical Leave (FMLA)
