Busy office with a casual, comfortable and fun work environment seeking a professional associate to join our team. We are looking for a responsible Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES: A/P and A/R activities including posting and processing vendor invoices for payment and recording of general sales and invoicing customers File, maintain and distribute accounting documents, records and reports Preparation and transmittal of client invoices Assist with projects or special assignments Credit Card reconciliations Properly handle new vendor account set up Year end 1099's Answer Phones Customer Service QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: 3+ years' experience in bookkeeping required 3+ years' experience in Quick Books required Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers) Detailed oriented and excellent at multi tasking Attention to detail and problem solving skills Ability to complete tasks accurately and work with minimal supervision Ability to adhere to deadlines Excellent organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills Reliability and respect for confidentiality This part time position is looking for a schedule of Tuesday and Thursday, between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm. Approximately 15 hours per week. Salary based on experience.
