The focus is on emerging markets, enabling seamless global money movement where traditional systems fall short.The team is small, senior, and highly experienced, with a strong emphasis on ownership, speed, and product delivery. Founders have previously built and scaled products used by hundreds of millions of users, with strong distribution already in place.The RoleSeeking a Fintech Engineering Lead with experience in B2C banking, stablecoins, or payments. You’ll work closely with the founders to define engineering standards and build a secure, scalable, high-performance platform from scratch.Tech Stack• Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS• Open to Rust or Go for performance-critical services• REST APIs powering iOS, Android, and Web• Integrations across wallets, banking providers, auth, ledgers, and payment railsRequirements• 5+ years in fintech engineering• Strong experience in one of: ledgering, payments, stablecoins, or fraud/risk systems• Solid backend experience (Postgres, Redis, AWS)Nice to have• Full-stack capability across the wider system
