Construction Superintendent

We build commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects throughout the region and are seeking a field leader who can drive schedules, coordinate teams, maintain quality, and ensure jobsites operate safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Lead field operations on ground-up commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and materials Maintain project schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners Conduct daily safety meetings and uphold company safety standards Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to the highest standards Mentor field personnel and foster a positive jobsite culture What We're Looking For 5+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial, industrial, multifamily, or mixed-use projects Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors Strong understanding of scheduling, site logistics, quality control, and safety Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Tilt-wall, concrete, or large-scale commercial project experience is a plus Commitment to craftsmanship, accountability, and teamwork What We Offer Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Strong backlog of work and long-term career growth opportunities Opportunity to work on impactful projects with a well-capitalized and growing organization Ready to Build Something Bigger?
