The ideal candidate combines strong communicationskills with attention to detail and hands-on experience using marketing automation and CRMplatforms.How you'll contribute:Evaluate, qualify, and route inbound leads generated through marketing programs including web forms, trade shows, webinars, email campaigns, and digital advertisingEnsure timely follow-up and smooth handoff of qualified leads to sales and channel partnersMaintain accurate customer and prospect data within HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRMMonitor lead lifecycle stages to ensure proper attribution and pipeline movementAct as the primary liaison between marketing, sales, and channel representatives regarding inbound leadsDraft and edit marketing emails including product announcements, nurture campaigns, trade show follow-ups, and promotional programsBuild and execute email campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, personalization, and testingSupport campaign setup including landing pages, forms, tracking links, and reportingAssist in optimizing nurture flows and improving engagement metricsCollaborate with marketing managers to support integrated campaign execution across digital channelsMonitor campaign and lead performance metrics and provide insights for optimizationIdentify opportunities to improve lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle workflowsEnsure compliance with data management best practicesA successful candidate should have:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business administration or the equivalent combination of education and experience1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or lead managementExperience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics preferred)Strong written communication skills with demonstrated experience drafting marketing emailsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience in AV, IT, technology, or architecture industries a plusStrong cross-functional communication skills and customer-first mindsetAbility to work in a fast-moving, changing growth environmentWork Environment:Office environmentWhat we offer:Medical, Dental, and Vision3 weeks annual PTO and 9 paid holidays401(k) + matchingEmployer-paid base life insurance, short, and long-term disabilityHealth savings accounts (with Biamp contribution) and flexible spending accountsTuition reimbursementCharitable donation matchingDiscretionary profit-sharingReferral bonusesWho is Biamp?We make the world's most extraordinary audio and video solutions.
