Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceAbout the RoleThe Youth Prosperity Coordinator leads two interconnected efforts:Youth Prosperity Support & Case CoordinationProviding wrap-around support to youth and families participating in:Workforce Development programsThe Academy (academic support program focused on ACT improvement, experiential learning, and internships)This includes coordinating social-emotional support services, helping students overcome barriers, and working alongside case management and workforce development staff to ensure participants stay on track academically, socially, and professionally.Academy Program LeadershipOverseeing a comprehensive academic and experiential learning initiative designed to:Improve ACT performanceExpand career horizonsConnect students with paid summer internshipsPromote secondary learning opportunitiesStrengthen family stability through coordinated social servicesThe Coordinator provides overall leadership for the Academy program, working closely with the Lead Instructor/Assistant YPP Coordinator and teaching staff to ensure high-quality academic programming and student support.Key ResponsibilitiesHolistic Support & Case CoordinationCoordinate Human Needs Assessments and individualized support plans for youth participantsWork closely with case management staff to address barriers to student successCoordinate psychoeducational sessions focused on life skills, employment readiness, and personal developmentConduct home visits and follow-up sessions with students and families when appropriateMaintain confidentiality and uphold the dignity of every participantAcademic & Program LeadershipProvide leadership and oversight for the Academy academic programSupervise and support the Lead Instructor and teaching staffEnsure ACT preparation curriculum and instruction are effectively implementedOversee testing schedules, program data collection, and student progress trackingEnsure classrooms, materials, and learning environments meet student needsCoordinate with the Center of Workforce Development to support employment education and readinessExperiential Learning & InternshipsDevelop and maintain experiential learning opportunities including field trips, guest speakers, and career exploration workshopsCoordinate logistics with the Administrative AssistantBuild partnerships with local organizations and businesses to host 2–3 week paid summer internshipsWork closely with Workforce Development staff to support youth career pathwaysOversee internship placement, supervision, and evaluationFamily Engagement & School PartnershipsServe as the primary liaison to local schools, principals, and counselorsMeet with parents and caregivers to encourage enrollment and ongoing engagementCollaborate with Catholic Social Ministries and Workforce Development programs to track family support and stabilityData, Reporting & Mission RepresentationMaintain accurate records and performance dataSupport grant reporting and external evaluationRepresent the Missions with professionalism, compassion, and integrity in the communityQualificationsBachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)3+ years of experience in youth development, education, or social servicesExperience with at-risk youth or under-resourced communities preferredAbility to travel locally, including to rural sites and family homesWillingness to complete background checksProficiency with Microsoft Office and data systemsDeep empathy and social perceptivenessAbility to build trusting, professional relationshipsStrong communication skills with diverse populationsCommitment to serving those most in need
