Multifamily Construction Project ManagerLocation: San Francisco Bay Area Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 Base Salary + Car allowance + Healthcare Benefits / 401k match + Profit sharingOverviewOur exciting client, a well established GC and facility services firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multifamily renovation, restoration, and facility improvement projects throughout the Bay Area. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with a collaborative team focused on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.In addition to a stable backlog of local projects, this role offers tons of growth potential while working for a company that values craftsmanship, collaboration, integrity, safety, and community impact.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple construction and restoration projects from pre-construction through closeout.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, and project stakeholders.Lead and support field teams to ensure project success and operational efficiency.Monitor project performance, safety compliance, and quality standards.Conduct regular site visits and inspections.Resolve construction challenges, subcontractor issues, and client concerns.Review project financials and identify opportunities for cost savings and increased profitability.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable building codes.Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Provide regular project updates to leadership.Qualifications5+ years of experience managing multi-family construction, renovation, restoration, or capital improvement projects.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.Experience managing multiple concurrent projects ranging from approximately $500K to $4M in value.Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.Experience with construction management software such as Procore is highly preferred.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with 3% Company MatchPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysProfessional Development and Tuition AssistanceCareer Growth OpportunitiesEmployee Referral ProgramCommunity Service Volunteer TimeThis is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to join a growing organization with a strong pipeline of multi-family projects and long-term advancement potential.
